Therapeutic Yoga with
Dana Errichetti, LCSW, RYT 500

About Dana...
Dana completed her yoga training at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and received her Therapeutic Yoga certification through the Center for Trauma Sensitive Yoga, as well as becoming a Yoga Nidra facilitator through the iRest Institute. Her Therapeutic Yoga practice incorporates a mindful approach to trauma processing, deep relaxation, and mind/body balancing, intended to treat symptoms related to an over active nervous system.

What is Therapeutic Yogo?

Therapeutic yoga is a body-centered approach to healing. Without sufficient processing, the energy of trauma is stored in our tissues and cells until it can be released. Stored trauma can lead not only to depression and anxiety, but to physical pain and progressive erosion of the body's health. To fully process trauma and live our best lives, we must address it in both the psychological and the physical self. Therapeutic yoga works to help you release stored memories and emotions, align the body, and calm the nervous system, allowing the mind and body to heal.

Therapeutic yoga sessions may benefit individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, insomnia, trauma, chronic stress, chronic pain, and more.
